CANCELLATION POLICY
Please take note of our new cancellation policy. We are a small family business and we try to keep our camps affordable for families. This means we do almost all of the jobs, including behind the computer admin and registration. We care a lot about your kids and hope to spend as much time with them as possible! A reasonable cancellation policy ensures that you respect our time and that we can pay staff and run camp effectively. Bay Camp is non-refundable unless cancelled one week in advance by 6pm Monday. Upon this cancellation, you will be refunded 75% of the amount minus a 25% deposit. Please register with some level of certainty in your scheduling, or with the understanding that you are putting down a 25% non-refundable deposit.
Thank you for your cooperation!
