A reasonable cancellation policy ensures that you respect our time and that we can pay staff and run camp effectively. Bay Camp is non-refundable unless cancelled one week in advance by 6pm Monday. Upon this cancellation, you will be refunded 75% of the amount minus a 25% deposit. Please register with some level of certainty in your scheduling, or with the understanding that you are putting down a 25% non-refundable deposit.
